Shipping Policy
Shipments are processed within 48 hours of your completed order. Items are processed from 9am - 4pm EST Monday through Friday. Items will not be processed on holidays. If your order day falls on a holiday or weekend, it will be processed within 48 hours of business hours passing.
COVID Policy
We will fulfill orders according to our normal processing policy. Considering the pandemic, please understand there may be shipping delays. We appreciate your patience.
Return & Exchange Policy
We will not accept refunds or returns on media products. We encourage you to gift the book once you have enjoyed it. No credits will be given.

Exchanges will be accomodated for books that are damaged.
International Shipping
Orders shipped outside the United States do not qualify for shipping coupons/credits. A refund will be issued. Any coupons on the products are fair game!
